Incoming calls to Manitoba DIDs - partial outage

We've noted a call issue with incoming calls certain Manitoba DIDs. This is an upstream issue and Incentre hardware remains operational including incoming calls from other regional Manitoba DIDs, and outgoing calls.

We've reached out to carriers experiencing connectivity issues and will update once we know more.
