We will be performing a software upgrade on our SIP-1 SBC platform between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM MDT. This upgrade prepares the platform for upcoming real-time synchronization between our SIP servers, which will improve redundancy and failover for voice services.
While the maintenance window is one hour, we expect approximately 10 to 15 minutes of actual service interruption. Calls in progress at that moment will disconnect, and phone systems will re-register automatically within a few minutes. Service will be available for the remainder of the window.
